This Firestone location has been my go to shop for years. The honesty of the staff is 100% amazing. I will always bring my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care. I was also very happy to get my car back all fixed on the same day I dropped it off. Corporate office needs to buy pizza or something for all those hard working mechanics and staff. Bravo!!

I had a wonderful experience at Firestone on Veterans in Metairie! Kirby was extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything that was being done with my vehicle. He was patient, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The whole team took great care of me and my vehicle. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family, and I will be returning for any future service needs.

Even though we arrived late for our appointment, Joseph took great care of us and made sure we were taken in right away. He was kind, courteous, and professional throughout the process. Nate and Craig were the technicians working on Black Beauty, and they did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly check the vehicle. They were able to get the f

The Firestone on Veterans Blvd has twice provided me with a wonderful experience. They are clear and transparent about their pricing and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. What makes them standout most though, is how fast they work! Twice I’ve driven up without an appointment and gotten what I’ve needed done in just a couple hours. Truly fabulous- a standout location.
